I have been personal training for 13 years, and active in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

I started my journey as a competitive bodybuilder winning Mr Northern Ireland and Mr World.

I’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve fantastic results whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, photoshoot prep or winning bodybuilding shows.

Through years of experience I have learnt how to tailor training and nutrition towards everyone’s own goals. I can take the guesswork out of your fitness endeavours.
