I’ve been coaching for over 12 years now, specialising in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, strength for sport, fat loss and mobility. I take a structured, long-term approach to training. From day one you’ll know what you’re working toward, how you’re getting there and what comes next. I’m not about fads or quick fixes. I prefer solid programming, clear goals and steady progress that builds real strength and confidence.

The biggest reward for me is seeing people succeed on the platform, whether that’s medals at championships, major competition appearances or simply achieving something they never thought possible. I’ve coached medal winners, competitive lifters and athletes of all backgrounds, including disabled powerlifters reaching national level, and that progression never gets old. I’m pretty down to earth and I keep things honest, focused and enjoyable. If you’ve been thinking about starting, just do it. Show up, put the work in and you’ll quickly see what you’re capable of.
