My coaching is built around strength, mobility and helping people move better for life, not just for the gym. I specialise in Olympic weightlifting, strength training for sport and combat disciplines like boxing and MMA, and I always look at the individual first. Everyone starts at a different level, so I meet you where you are, build strong foundations and progress in a way that keeps you confident, capable and injury free.
The most rewarding part of this job is seeing lives genuinely change. I’ve worked with people who were told they couldn’t train or lift safely, then watched them build serious strength, improve posture, reduce pain and gain confidence they never expected. That transformation is what keeps me passionate. If you’re unsure about starting, just come in for a chat and a look around.
