Sport has always been a big part of who I am. I took part in Taekwondo and netball from a young age, but my real growth came when I decided to fully commit to becoming the best version of myself — physically and mentally through my weight loss journey.

Now, my mission is simple: to help you build confidence. Not just in the gym, but in yourself as a person. I want you to walk into any room feeling strong, capable, and proud of who you are.

Fitness isn’t about restriction — it’s about balance, strength, and creating a lifestyle you can sustain while still enjoying the things you love.
